DMD offers bands and musicians the chance to have their music professionally mastered at a fraction of the cost of renting a mastering suite. We will adjust your music to sound as good as it possibly can.

What is mastering?

Mastering is the final stage of recording. Regardless of the skills of the engineers involved in the project, it is always better to have your music mastered professionally. A mastering engineer is listening from a different perspective. It is often the difference between the music sounding like a demo or a commercial release. All commercial releases on record labels will have been professionally mastered.

Every track is painstakingly adjusted in the context of the whole recording. We apply EQ, Compression and enhancement to your final mix as and when it's needed.
